We have arranged room reservations for the summit for the following hotels. Please use the Registration Form to book your hotel of choice. Together with the confirmation of your registration you will also receive a confirmation of your hotel reservation. A map showing distances can be found here.

Please note that we can only guarantee your hotel booking, if you provide your complete payment details on the Registration Form! Deposits are not needed but a guaranteed booking without a valid credit card number is impossible.

Hotels

The prices are per room and night, including breakfast. The payment must be made directly to the hotel when checking out.

Kempinski Hotel Taschenbergpalais *****
This top flight hotel in the middle of the historic Old Town offers 5-star service. Wellness area, underground garage; all rooms with bath, TV, telephone and mini bar, air-conditioned. The Gala Dinner takes place in this hotel. 10 Minutes to walk to the congress center.

The Gästehaus TU-Dresden is a comfortable rooms closed to the University campus. All rooms with shower, WC, TV and telephone; parking. The public transport or taxi should be used to go to the congress center. 15 Minutes by taxi to the congress center.

Cancellation of the hotel is subject to the following terms:

The date of receipt of the written cancellation note by the conference agency prevails. By completing the Registration Form (available in March 2005) you also accept the terms of cancellation stated above and agree that the applicable cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card; in this case, you will be sent a corresponding invoice by the conference agency.
